WILLUMSEN WARRANTY INFORMATION
Willumsen Copenhagen conducts its business in an honest, fair and proper manner. Your knife is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship and has a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. Use of our products outside the scope of their intended purpose is considered abuse and is not covered by warranty.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers replacement parts of genuine Willumsen products due to manufacturing defects. If a knife fails to function as it was designed to be used for, please contact our customer service at sales@willumsencopenhagen.com
What Is Not Covered?
- Willumsen will not warrant products due to loss, any damages caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents or improper blade sharpening, Pry-bar use.
- Repairs to your knife performed by any source not authorized by Willumsen will unconditionally void the knife’s warranty.
- Any disassembly and modifications will void the warranty.
- Broken, lost, or bent metal clips are typically not covered by the Willumsen warranty.
What we Will Do?
If your Willumsen product fail to function as it was designed, we will examine its condition upon its return to us and determine the cause of the failure. Willumsen is able to offer replacement spare parts for defected knife damaged by abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents and improper use, but all the cost and postage is borne by the customer.
Knife Use and Care
Willumsen are precision cutting tools and must be treated accordingly. Proper care and maintenance by the user is needed to ensure the knife will perform at optimum levels. Cutomers should always sharpen the knife with the correct techniques. Keep your knife lubricated, clean and inspect your knife regularly for obstructions, such as debris or lint.
Release Agreement
By purchasing any Willumsen product, the buyer assumes sole responsibility to ascertain and follow all applicable federal, state, local and international laws in purchasing and using your Willumsen knife.The buyer agrees to release Willumsen Copenhagen from all liabilities from the purchase, ownership, transportation or use of the items as related to applicable laws and regulations.
